It was difficult for me to find an ashram and I am quite happy with my choice. The courses are varied, some teachers are really passionate and interesting iShares, the environment is great: perfect room, large hall yoga, away from the bustle of the city in a quiet village (still a reasonable distance from the center which is accessible on foot) . Expect a traditional Indian food.
I would appreciate some basic anatomy / physiology as well, but the odds spirituality and meditation had were very well addressed.
