In the past, I think that the science of yoga is to sit without movement for a long time what looks like magic or
Then I knew after that it also sports bodily strengthens the muscles of the body
But after I joined the School of Yoga (AYM) and progress through the study discovered the yoga is not just a a form of an exercise the body, but path leading to perfect harmony to the body, mind and spirit. Happiness and a peace, which eventually lead to the self-realization, union with the self
Yoga brings the mind to the present moment, improved serenity, and vigilance in the mind. Mind becomes .quiet, and able to deal with a daily stress
